Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to Revista Acadêmico Mundo (RAM) undergo a double-blind peer review process.

Initially, submissions are evaluated by the editorial team to verify their alignment with the journal’s scope and minimum quality standards. Manuscripts approved at this stage are sent to at least two independent external reviewers, who are specialists in the subject area.

The identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the evaluation process. In cases of conflicting reviews, a third reviewer may be invited.

The final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of a manuscript is made by the editorial board based on the reviewers’ reports.

After the reviews are issued, approved manuscripts are returned to the authors so that they may implement the modifications and adjustments suggested or required by the reviewers. The deadline for submitting the revised version is 15 (fifteen) days, and the new file must be submitted through the same platform.

Once the revised version is returned and the changes are approved, the article is placed in the publication queue for one of the journal’s volumes.

All information, data, and scientific concepts presented, as well as the accuracy of bibliographic references, are the sole responsibility of the authors. Revista Acadêmico Mundo (RAM) assumes no responsibility for inaccuracies or improper use of the information contained in the articles.
