Abstract

This paper presents a case study carried out in a city hall located in the backlands of Pernambuco, where it was studied the problems that bothered the public servants. At the beginning the school of the finance department was established to carry out the research, methods of systematic observation, interviews and application of questionnaires on the motivation and satisfaction of the server in said department with the objective of measuring the degree of satisfaction and motivation of the server municipal public.
