Abstract

Sustainability applied to school work as students. With the conception of differentiated spaces thinking about our users, we highlight improvements regarding the world, reuse of water and renewable energy products; With inviting spaces stands out an improvement in the acceptance of the children who use the spaces of the school buildings. This study consisted of a bibliographical review on architecture and school infrastructure, LEED certification, bioclimatic architecture, besides the case studies and study, three school buildings in its field of teaching and architectural design and a reference study through works by Richard Neutral. The development studies for the projected development of a school education based on sustainability to attend students from 1st to 5th year of elementary education in the municipality of Santa Izabel do Oeste-PR, for this a diagnosis was developed for the space and for the needs are met in the project design, with a proposal is guaranteed a discussion of the theme for a design of new methods projects for school construction models, application of sustainable methods and forms projects with spatial modulation principles.
