It is known that people have different expectations regarding their lives and work. In this context, research related to Quality of Life at Work (QWL) has become important in organizational studies. Using a validated model for identifying levels of Quality of Life at Work – the Walton Model – this study aims to evaluate the QWL of Technical Educational employees at a Federal Institution of Higher Education (IFE). Within this context, this work will present research results, verifying the self-perception of Technical Administrative in Education (TAE) and outsourced (TAE) employees of the Oiapoque/IFAP Advanced Campus regarding Quality of Life and Well-being in the work environment, as well as identifying the perception of these employees regarding the institution's actions in relation to: work environment, work organization, social integration, participation, health, compensation, communication, and organizational image.
